Red Bean Hummus

Sesame, ginger, lemon, and garlic are combined to create a creamy delicate dip with a red bean base. Think of this hummus as an East meets Middle East flavor fusion.

*set aside two tablespoons to use for garnish

Lemon Juice: 1/3 cup (about 2 medium sized lemons juiced)

*set aside two tablespoons to use for garnish

Fresh Ginger: 1 small piece (about a quarter in size) or to your taste

Fresh Garlic: 1 medium-sized clove

Rice Wine Vinegar: 2 teaspoons

Salt: 3/4 teaspoon

Tahini: 3 tablespoons

Sesami Seed Oil: 1 tablespoon

Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon

*After blending all ingredients using a food processor check the thickness of your dip. Blend in 1 - 2 tablespoons of water (using the food processor) only if the hummus is thicker than you prefer. This is a very customizable recipe.
